Alzheimer’s Care

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care

For a person with Alzheimer’s disease, remaining in comfortable and familiar surroundings can help manage the challenges of memory loss and help ensure that your loved one remains safe.  With Lifeline Homecare’s customized care approach, our caregivers help your loved one cope with the challenges of the disease, while allowing them to remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their own home. We train our caregivers to provide the highest quality of care and assistance that helps maintain, enhance and restore the day to day activities and pleasures of life for your loved one.

Some of the services we provide include:

  • Companionship and engagement
  • Nutritious meal preparation and service
  • Transportation services
  • Mind-stimulating activities
  • Personal care such as bathing
  • Medication reminders

Lifeline Homecare is committed to improving the quality of life for persons living with dementia and their families. Our caregivers receive training regarding Alzheimer’s and Dementia as part of their rigorous orientation and on-boarding process and as part of annual in-service training.  We ensure our caregivers receive continuing education through in-home aide newsletters, paper-based testing and on-demand videos.
